Three Cheese Souffle Waffle
- Select BELGIAN waffle setting and dial up number 5 on the browning control dial. Preheat until orange light flashes up and the word HEATING disappears
- Combine egg yolks, milk and melted butter together and whisk until well combined
- Place cheeses, flour, baking powder and bi-carb soda and salt into a large bowl; make a well in the centre
- Pour in egg and milk mixture and fold until just combined
- Beat egg whites with electric beaters until firm peaks form. Fold through waffle batter along with chopped chives
- Using waffle dosing cup, pour 1/2 cup of batter into each waffle square. Close lid and cook until timer has finished and ready beep has sounded 3 times. Repeat with remaining batter
- Serve with crispy bacon and homemade baked beans and rocket
