Weet-Bix Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Combine Weet-Bix, flour, bi-carb soda and cinnamon in a medium bowl
  3. In a separate bowl, combine margarine and vanilla essence
  4. Add dry mix into margarine mix and stir to combine. Then add the remaining ingredients
  5. Using 1/4 cup measurements, roll mixture into small balls and place onto a lined baking tray. Lightly press each ball and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked
  6. Cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely

Question about the margarine - do you have the grams measurement for this because I checked the conversion and it says 185g which seems a lot. Also, should it be melted? Thank you.

Easy to make and yummy! Cooked them for 18 mins, as 20 was a tad too long for mine.
