ZOOSH Light Lunch Turkey Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower, dry roasted
1/2 cup chopped pumpkin, dry roasted
40g deli sliced turkey breast
5 green beans, cooked until just tender
1 tablespoon parsley leaves
1 teaspoon dukkah
1 tablespoon ZOOSH Get Squeezed Lemon & Herb A Grain Salad's Bestie Dressing
Method:
PLACE all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
Leftover roasted pumpkin and cauliflower are perfect for this recipe.
