Potato Pizza with Bacon and Thyme

Basic Pizza Dough
Method:
Toppings
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Roll pizza dough to make two 12-inch bases, approximately 5mm thick. Dock with a fork
  3. Spread passata over bases, top with potato, bacon and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt and thyme leaves
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve
Basic Pizza Dough
  1. Mix yeast with warm water and set aside in warm place until mixture foams
  2. In a large bowl mix flour, salt and sugar. Create a well and slowly mix in yeast mixture and olive oil until a dough forms
  3. Place dough in large lightly oiled bowl. Cover with damp towel and place in a warm place to proof
