Chicken with Caper and Herb Salsa

Method:
Salsa
- Combine the herbs, onion, capers lime juice and oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside
Chicken
- Lightly coat the chicken with the coriander.
- Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium high heat and cook the chicken until golden and just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Slice chicken and serve with the salsa, lemon wedges and a crusty bread
