Dill and Lemon Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Arrange salmon fillets in a baking paper lined baking dish
  2. Meanwhile to make the sauce, place milk, dairy spread, flour and nutmeg (if using) into a cold saucepan all at the same time, then bring to the boil over medium heat whisking constantly until thick, smooth and glossy. Add mustard, dill, lemon rind and season to taste. Pour over salmon
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with a rocket salad
Tips & Hints:
  • The sauce recipe also works well with firm white fish fillets, like hake. Substitute chives or parsley for the dill if preferred.
