Healthy Frozen Yoghurt Bark with Raspberries
Ingredients:
Method:
- Place the yoghurt into a large bowl. Drizzle in the honey and stir to combine.
- Pour the yoghurt mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread evenly in the tray.
- Scatter the fresh raspberries, pistachio and almonds evenly over the yoghurt mixture. Place in the freezer until set. Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
Tips & Hints:
- Cut the bark into pieces and keep in an airtight container or in zip-lock bags in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
