Ardmona Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:

Ardmona Tomato Salsa

1 can Ardmona chopped tomatoes

1/2 finely diced red onion

1 yellow capsicum - finely diced

1 red birdseye chili - finely diced (with or without seeds, depending on your spice tolerance)

1/2 bunch fresh coriander, chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

Ardmona Tomato Salsa

Dice the red onion, yellow capsicum, birdseye chili and coriander quite finely, and combine in a bowl - with a can of Ardmona chopped tomatoes
Add a pinch of salt & pepper to taste, and serve with fresh bread, corn chips or crackers of your choice
