Enjoy a casual lunch on Mother's Day or any family and friends catch up, with this easy meatloaf made with Beef & Pork mince. Delicious served with green beans & tomato chutney

Beef & Pork Meatloaf with Sesame, Ginger & Soy Glaze
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Lightly oil base and sides of a 7cm deep, 11cm wide and 21cm long loaf pan
  3. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and using hands, stir to combine
  4. Press mixture into the pan
  5. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until firm, and top is brown, basting from time to time with the Sesame, Ginger & Soy Marinade
  6. To test, insert a skewer and leave in for 3 seconds
  7. Remove skewer and hold it against your wrist
  8. It should feel hot
  9. When cooked, remove from oven and stand for at least 10 minutes, then slice
  10. Serve with steamed green beans and tomato chutney
Tips & Hints:
  • This is delicious served cold. Substitute with Kikkoman Sweet Chilli, Ginger & Soy Marinade & Sauce if desired
