Method:
Chicken Parmigiana
- Coat the chicken in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken on both sides until golden, adding extra oil as you cook the remaining chicken
- Place chicken on serving plates and top with equal parts of the tomato passata sauce and Perfect Italiano 4 Cheese Melt
- Place under the grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melts
Tips & Hints:
- Add finely grated Perfect Italiano™ Parmesan and chopped fresh herbs to the breadcrumbs for delicious flavour.
