Tasty but a warning!

There's good news and bad news. The good news is that this turned out really lovely and I'll definitely make it again. The bad news is that the first batch I had to throw away - for the love of all that is good and pure do **not** put in one and a half cups of soya milk! I ended up with a liquid, which would have been impossible to fold into whipped egg whites. Luckily I had enough eggs and lemons to try again, and this time I add the milk a tiny bit at a time until the mixture was loose enough. I don't know how much I added as I did by eye straight from the carton, but it was definitely less than half a cup. I strongly recommend doing the same.
