  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth, you want a fairly thick texture.
Toppings
  1. Pour smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your chosen toppings. Serve immediately.
Tips & Hints:
  • It can help to pour the coconut water in slowly whilst blending to help achieve your desired texture. Add ice if needed.
  • For a gluten free option, omit granola or use your favourite gluten free granola.
