- Arrange drained lettuce on 4 plates. Divide beans, tomato, red onion, potatoes and olive over each plate. Flake tuna over the top. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Arrange halved eggs over the top
- Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, and mustard together. Season with salt and pepper. fDrizzle over each salad and serve
