BBQ or grill the sausages over medium-low heat, turning occasionally until cooked through. Cool slightly. Grill the buns cut-side down until toasted
SERVE sausages in bread topped with coleslaw. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints:
Use a mandolin or food processor attachment to finely shred cabbage if desired. Vietnamese bread rolls can be found in Asian or Vietnamese bakeries. They are lighter than a traditional bread roll with a crispy crust. Substitute hot dog rolls if unavailable.
