Quick Lamb Korma
Ingredients:
Method:
  1. Cook lamb in 2 batches in a hot, oiled pan.
  2. Add the Korma simmer sauce and stir until bubbling.
  3. Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat is tender (approximately 10 minutes). Stir through yoghurt. Simmer for another five minutes.
  4. Garnish with extra yoghurt, red onion and herbs.
  5. Serve with steamed basmati rice.
