Salt and pepper squid with greek salad

Salad
- Cook DeCosti Salt & Pepper Squid in a pre-heated oiled pan for 3-4 minutes turning frequently.
- Remove the squid and drain on absorbent paper.
- Toss together cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, Kalamata olive and feta cheese in a bowl and top with salt and pepper squid.
Dressing
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small jug, then drizzle over the entire salad.
