Method:
  1. Prepare noodles according to pack instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add prawns and cook until just changing colour. Remove to a plate.
  3. Add vegetables to the same pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add drained noodles and mix well.
  4. Pour in Singapore Noodle sauce and toss until evenly heated. Return prawns to the pan. Serve immediately topped with bean sprouts, spring onions, coriander and lime wedges.
