Stir Fry Sauce
Vegetable Medley
  1. Make the Stir Fry Sauce first
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large fry pan over medium-high heat
  3. Add onion and chilli and cook for about 30 seconds
  4. Add the vegetables and stir fry for about 2 minutes
  5. Stir in sauce and cook just long enough to heat the sauce
  6. Top with coriander
  7. Serve at the table in the wok for people to help themselves
Tips & Hints:
  • Substitute any vegetable in season. Do not overcook the vegetables, they are meant to be crunchy.
Stir Fry Sauce
  1. To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and set aside

  • Kikkoman Sweet Chilli, Ginger & Soy Marinade & Sauce can be substituted for our regular Soy Sauce if desired
