  1. Coarsely mash avocados with the juice of 1 lime.
  2. Stir through tomato which has been seeded and finely chopped and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Season with salt and cracked pepper. Sprinkle with dried chilli flakes if desired.
Tips & Hints:
  • Guacamole can be prepared one to two hours ahead. Place into an airtight container and wrap cling film directly onto the surface to prevent air coming into contact and causing avocado to go brown. Refrigerate until needed.
