Smoked Salmon, Ricotta and Rocket Pita Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 250°C
  2. Spread the pitta with tomato passata. Scatter with Perfect Italiano Perfect Pizza cheese to evenly cover base
  3. Place the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and base is crispy. Remove from the oven, lay over slices of smoked salmon, sprinkle over capers, and rocket leaves. Dollop spoonfuls of Perfect Italiano Smooth & Creamy Ricotta, sprinkle over lemon zest and season with salt and pepper and serve immediately
