The quickest way to dice an avocado

• Run a knife around the avocado lengthwise. Hold the two sides and twist, you’ll then have two halves, one of which has the seed.
• To remove the seed, spike it with the knife and twist. The seed should easily pop out. 
• Lay a mesh cooling rack over a large bowl. Press each avocado half into the mesh and scrape to remove the avocado.
• Repeat with as many avocados as you need. Voila! The fastest diced avocados ever.
